How to place an order?​

 

Simply click on the pricing/contact tab and fill out the order form and we will get back to you with a quote. 

 

Is there a deposit required when placing an order?

 

Yes, to secure your date a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Your balance will then be due two weeks prior to your event. Orders that are placed less then two weeks must be paid in full once invoice is sent. If we happen to take a last minute order that's one week or less, a $25 rush fee will apply. Invoices must be paid by due date to avoid cancellation. 

 

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

As mentioned above, deposits are non-refundable. However if for some reason you have to cancel your order, please get in touch asap. Depending on how much notice we receive, we may be able to use some of your deposit towards a future order. Please understand that as soon as we receive your deposit, we are already planning ahead. We spend time and money on materials for your custom order. For this reason we don't refund your deposit. 

 

Are your cakes made from scratch

 

Yes, we only use high quality ingredients. We want you to love the way your cake looks and taste!

 

Do you offer cake tastings?

 

For wedding and celebration cakes costing $300 or more, we offer a cupcake tasting box. Which will include 3 flavors of cake and up to 4 flavors of buttercream and/or filling. You will receive a full dozen to enjoy with friends and family. The box is $50 and will be delivered to you. If you decide to book with us, $25 will be credited to your order.

 

How far in advance do I need to order?

 

The sooner the better! For large orders it is best to book at least 2 months or more in advanced. However please feel free to check with us for availability. 

 

Do you deliver?

Yes we do! Delivery is included with your purchase throughout Lancaster city. Deliveries outside of the city within 10 miles will include a delivery fee. Further out will require a minimum of $300 plus delivery fee.
